FAQ: How are mandatory visit fields populated if they are not mapped?

If the mandatory visit fields are not mapped in the REDCap configuration, they are populated as follows:

1. Visit Date: Set to the date/time of the corresponding REDCap event data entry.

2. Visit Site: Set to the default site configured for the mapped event or the project’s default site.
