Create Vendors

You might want to link vendor details with the supplies. You can first create a vendor and link it to the supply type or directly add it while creating 'Supply Type'/'Supplies'.

To create a vendor:

1. Click 'Vendors' tab on 'Supplies' page

2. Click 'Add New' tab next to 'Vendor' field on 'Create Supply Type'/'Create Supplies' page
   
3. Enter vendor name and details 
   
4. Click 'Create'

Create Locations

You can create a 'Location' e.g. a room, a cupboard, a drawer and link it with the supply. This will help you to track the actual storage location of the 'Supplies'. 

To create locations:

1. Click 'Locations' tab on 'Supplies' page
2. Enter name and site for the location
3. Click 'Create'
