Why Can't Insititute Admins Edit a Multi-Institution Collection Protocol?

In a multi-institute Collection Protocol, any change in settings by one institute will affect all associated institutions. Because of this, Institute Admins cannot change CP-level settings. Only the Super Admins can update these CP settings, as they have access to all data and operations across all sites and institutes.

Think of it like a shared project between multiple biobanks (Institutes): one biobank can’t change the rules for everyone. Only a system-wide admin can.
