Query for Tracking Shipment by Shipment Status

You are trying to create a report of all shipment requests that have been shipped to your site, filtered by shipment status, i.e., received or not yet received.

Steps to create the Query:

Create a ‘New Query’.
Expand the ‘Specimen’ section to add the following filter:
- Specimen >> Shipment Status Exists and make it “Parameterized”.
  Note: For detailed information about Shipment Status. Please refer to: Shipment of Specimens | Shipment Status .
- Specimen >> Shipment Request Exists.
- Other required filters like:
  - Specimen >> Shipment Sending Site Exists and make it “Parameterized”.
  - Specimen >> Shipment Receiving Site Exists and make it “Parameterized”.
    (This allows you to filter shipments based on sending and receiving sites)
Click on ‘View Records’ and select the columns you want to display.

Save the query.
