Why doesn't the container location show plus(+) sign?

If the ‘Store Specimens?’ option is set to ‘No’, this means that you can store containers in it.

The location map shows a plus sign and clicking on this navigates the user to the create container page.

If the ‘Store Specimens?’ option is set to ‘Yes’, then the location map show options to store specimens or block the locations instead of plus sign.
