How to configure the number of digits after a decimal point?

You can configure the number of digits displayed after a decimal point for both default and form fields.

Default Fields

You need to login as a super admin user to access the property 'Real Numbers Precision' under system settings

  1. Navigate to System Settings.

  2. Locate the option for Real Numbers Precision and set the desired number of decimal places.

Form Fields

You can set the number of digits after the decimal for each custom field separately

  1. Go to the Forms section.

  2. Select the specific form containing the field you want to edit.

  3. Edit the number field:

    • Find the option labeled Number of Fraction Digits.

    • Enter the desired value (e.g., 3 for three decimal places; enter 0 for whole numbers).

  4. Click Save.

Query Results

The below screenshot shows the query results page with both default and custom fields

  1. Default fields show up to 2 decimal places, as defined in ‘Real Number Precision’ under system settings.

  2. Form fields show up to 3 decimal places, as configured in the form settings.

Note: This setting will reflect in queries and all overview and edit pages.
