Count difference in query v/s catalog
It is likely, you are running a CP specific query, and for flexibility and reusability of queries, When a saved query is used in other areas like ‘Catalog' or 'Sub-query’, the CP/CPG selected in this option is not carried over.
You need to include the CP restriction witihn the query itself.
