Workflow licence

From version v11.x onwards, you will need a workflow license to use the workflows. Please contact the OpenSpecimen support team for a valid license.

How to upload the Workflow license?

1. Log in as a Super Administrator -> Extras → Licenses

3. Click on upload license.

4. Choose the provided license file and click on upload.

License Expiry

From v12.2 onwards, the system will start sending emails 'X' days before the license expiry. A scheduled job, “Expiring module licenses reminder”, runs nightly at 1:15 AM (default) to check licenses expiring within reminderInterval days (default: 15).

Notification Logic

• If notifRecipients is configured → emails are sent to those addresses

• If notifRecipients is empty → emails are sent to all super admins

Overriding Defaults

Set custom parameters in the job’s Fixed Parameters field:

reminderInterval=30,notifRecipients=james.bond@openspecimen.org;honey.ryder@openspecimen.org

• Multiple emails in notifRecipients are (;)
