The shipment report is a CSV file with all shipment details that you can download from the shipment page. A default report is shipped with OpenSpecimen and can be customized by the super-admin.

Specimen Shipment Report

Go to the shipments list page.
Click on the shipment whose report has to be downloaded.
Click on 'Download Report' from the overview page.
This will download a zip file containing a CSV with the shipment details.

Container Shipment Report

Please note that as the container report is using OpenSpecimen query (reporting) module, at least 1 specimen should be present in the container.

Go to the shipments list page.
Click on the container shipment whose report has to be downloaded.
Click on 'Download Report' from the overview page.
This will download a zip file containing a CSV with the container shipment details.

Configure Reports

If you want to customize the shipment report, you will have to create a saved query using the query interface. In the query results, you must define the columns you wish to include in the CSV.

From version 11.2, users can configure separate reports for specimen and container shipments. The query ID can be set in configuration settings as explained below in ‘Shipment Report' and ‘Container Shipment Report’.

Login as super admin and go to the homepage.
Click on the 'Settings' → 'Common' module.
Click on the property 'Shipment Report'.
Specify the identifier of the saved query and update the property.
For the container report, search on the property 'Container Shipment Report'.
