Get Summary of Carts

In OpenSpecimen, multiple users can create their own carts with different specimens.
Users often want to run QC checks or get an overview of existing carts and the specimens they contain.

Using the Query module, it's possible to generate a summary of carts. This can include details like cart names, the number of specimens in each, and the Collection Protocol (CP) they belong to—making it easier to review, clean up, or take necessary actions.

Create a New Query.
Select Filters as per your requirement –> Click on 'View Records'
Select Columns like ‘Collection Protocol', ‘Specimen Type', 'Cart Name’, 'Specimen Label’ or the columns you require.
Add ‘Count' aggregate function on Specimen label from 'Aggregate Pane’
Click on 'Done'
