How to Search for a Form?
The user can search forms based on some filters as mentioned below:
Collection Protocol and Level
Select the collection protocol to see the form attached to it.
If you want to further narrow your search, filter based on 'Level of Association'.
Form Name
Click on the search button
Enter the name of the form you are searching.
