Container Enhancements

In the container map view, you can now view all the required information of the specimens stored in the container. The fields displayed about the specimen when you click on the cell are now configurable via JSON.

The list of fields to display is taken based on below configurations:

  • Stored specimen’s CP level JSON dictionary if any

  • If no CP level JSON, then system level JSON dictionary if any

  • If no CP or system-level JSON, then it shows the standard list of fields

Workflows Plugin

New features:

  • Support scan barcodes field for visit creation task: This allows the user to scan barcodes for e.g. kit barcodes to assign to visit names in a scan box which can either be output from individual scanners or rack reader.

  • Scan widget to add specimens (derivatives or aliquots) to a task in the workflow

  • Ability to link the add participant button to a workflow. User can register multiple participants in the workflow

  • Option to delete library tasks

  • Ability to sort specimens in a task based on logic configurable in the task
