Assigning User Roles

Once you create a regular user, you must assign roles like technicians, tissue bankers, etc. The roles tab will not appear if the user is a super administrator, institute administrator, or contact. Refer to the Roles and PrivilegesPreview page for managing roles.

1. Click the 'Roles' tab to assign the roles to the user.

2. Click on the Add Role button to add the roles to the user.

3. You can limit user access to specific sites and collection protocols while assigning them appropriate roles.
