Lock / Unlock Users
The user account will get locked in 3 cases:
The user has tried the maximum number of failed login attempts (configured in Settings).
The user is inactive for the 'N' number of days.
Admin manually locked another user.
To unlock a user account, search for the user's account → From the user overview page, click 'Unlock'. The user is notified via email that his/her account is locked or unlocked.
Note: If the super admin account is locked, other super admins can unlock it.
