Super Admin can use the ‘Impersonate’ feature to temporarily log in as another user. This is useful for the support team members to debug issues other users face.
Email is sent to users when their accounts are being impersonated.
A message at the top of the page highlights the user impersonated and the option to return to the super admin’s account.
