Participant: Soft warnings (Draft mode)
Reported by: CSIRO/Medirex:
Users will now be allowed to save long participant registration forms without any validations imposed on enabling the CP setting for ‘Draft Data Entry’.
When the participants are saved in draft mode, users will be not be forced to add data into any of mandatory fields and none of the edit checks will be performed.
This allows users to partially fill the long questionnaire form and leave the mandatory fields blank when the data is not available or unknown and continue later from where they left.
When the form is saved in ‘completed’ mode i.e use ‘Update’ participant option, all the validations including data edit checks will be performed.
The data added in draft mode can be retrieved through the query module.
You can also use the bulk import template to save the registration/forms in the draft mode.
Refer to https://openspecimen.atlassian.net/l/cp/47b8tntW for more details.
Query: Sequence for all specimens
Previously available field ‘Aliquot sequence’ is now renamed to ‘Sequence’ and is available for all the specimen types.
The sequence for primary specimens is generated based on the type and visit ID.
For child specimens, its generated based on the type and the parent ID.
Specimen Print tokens for PV properties
Users will be able to include the abbreviation and concept code of the PV fields defined in the dropdown manager in the print rules.
For more details you can refer to the section PV properties on the Specimen Print Rules | PV Properties Tokens wiki page

You can print label during kit creation
The kits can be utilized via the default user interface, workflows and CSV import as well
