Delete an Order

This API can be used to delete orders that are in pending/draft mode. Executed orders cannot be deleted.

URL/openspecimen/rest/ng/distribution-orders/{orderId}
MethodDELETE

The path variable orderId should be set to the ID of the order that needs to be deleted.
