Users having access to specimen carts can create and share folders.
Navigate to the cart list view page.
Select the carts to be added to a folder.
Click on 'Assign' → 'Create New'
On the Create folder page.
Fill in the mandatory details.
Mention the multiple user groups with whom the folders need to be shared.
Only Super admins and the users who have created the folders (Folder owner) can edit the folder attributes like its name, description, and user groups with whom it is shared.
To modify the attributes, navigate to the cart list view page.
Click on Assign→ Manage folders.
Click on the edit icon.
Users who have access to the folders but have not created them won't be able to see the edit/delete icon.
On the update folder page, make the changes and click on update.
Users having access to folders can add and remove the carts within the folders
Add a cart to an existing folder
Select the carts to be added.
Click on 'Assign'
Click on the existing cart folder.
Remove a cart from an existing folder.
Navigate to carts → View Folders.
Select the carts to be removed.
Click on the Remove tab.
Users can filter carts based on the folders.
Only Super admins and Cart folder owners can delete the folder.
Navigate to carts.
Click on the 'View Folder' tab.
Click on the Delete icon.
On the Delete folder pop-up window, click on yes.
Users in the group with whom the cart folder is shared will have access to the carts.
When a folder is shared with a user group of other institutes, then specimens of only those CPs are visible, which is common for the institutes.
Users having access to folders can manage the carts within it.
Users will no longer have access to the folders and the carts.
