Both update and insert operation (Upsert) is supported in a single bulk operation from v8.2. This is useful for users doing regular bulk imports from external sources in which it is difficult to separate out the new records to be inserted vs old records to be updated.

Steps to import CSV

Navigate to CP → More → Biospecimen Data .
Select records type → Select csv to import → Run the csv as “Update Else Create.”
If data already exists, the record is updated with the input specified in the CSV file. Otherwise, a new record is created.
