The integration plugin is capable of pulling all the REDCap data into OpenSpecimen - including automatically creating the Forms.

Before performing data integration, it is necessary to fulfill these requirements in REDCap:

During REDCap configuration, you need to map project instruments from REDCap to OpenSpecimen participants and visits fields. It will help to synchronize the data across two servers.
There are three levels of mapping you can perform while configuring REDCap.
Study Level Mapping: It will map the REDCap project to the OpenSpecimen Collection Protocol.
Participant Level Mapping: It will map the participants fields from both servers.
Event and Visit Level Mapping: It will map the visits and events from both servers.
The third level of mapping is exclusively for longitudinal studies.

After completing the mapping for a Collection Protocol, you can proceed to synchronization. The synchronization is performed in two steps:
Synchronization of instruments: It will synchronize all the REDCap instruments with the OpenSpecimen participants and visit fields.
Synchronization of records: It will either fetch all the records or only desired records specified by the user during synchronization.
