In OpenSpecimen LDAP(university login) can be configured. If LDAP is configured on the server, user will be able to see 2 values in the 'Domain' dropdown while creating the users.
The update for users is based on email address of the user. To update the domain of multiple users from LDAP to non-LDAP or vice-versa follow the steps mentioned below.
Steps:
Go to ‘Users→Import→Users’ and download the template file.
Fill up the CSV file with user's email address and the domain name to be updated, refer to ‘Update Users’
Upload the file in OpenSpecimen to bulk import
- This will update the user's domain
