Carts display There could be many reasons to see Carts information in a query. For example:

  1. See how many carts a specimen is present in.

  2. See the number of carts vs the number of specimens in it.

  3. Circumvent the limitation of configuring columns per cart

  4. Circumvent the limitation of carts displaying only 100 specimens at a time

...

When working with large datasets or multiple carts, this quickly becomes restrictive. In such cases, using the Query module allows users to pull all relevant data at once. Queries support parameterized filters and temporal expressions, making it easier to refine and analyze the data features that basic carts don’t offer.

...

You can work around this by utilising the Query module where you can do:

  • Retrieve all specimens from one or more carts.

  • Ability to choose fields from different levels

  • Add advanced filters such as calculated fields and parameterised search

  • Run count-based queries
