You can also use the PVs value available in the Dropdown Manager to add into your custom Field.

  • Click on “+ Add Field“ and select 'Permissible Value'.

  • Add the field name of your choice → Select the dropdown value of your choice from the 'Dropdown' option → Save it.

  • Click on 'Done' to save the Form

For fields like dropdown, radio button, multi-select dropdown, and checkbox controls as mentioned either you can add values manually or upload a file. If you want to use these values later then than use Dropdown manager to create the values as

  • They are easier to maintain.

  • You can directly export the values for the field and use in other forms.

  • Also, any changes made in the dropdown manager get automatically updated in the form.

  • While in case forms with manually added dropdown, you have to change data separately if you change a value.
