Biospecimen Module

• Favorite URLs: You can now configure any page as your favorite like the freezer, CP, query or workflow. This link will be easily available on the top of any screen.

• The default ‘Home Page’ view has been modified to enhance user experience.

• Calendar enhancements for better data entry, size of calendar, changing only time etc

• CP level settings - The user can now define default values for custom fields at the specimen requirement level in a JSON format

Shipment Module

New features:

• Ability to configure separate shipment reports for container and specimen shipment

• New field ‘Request Status’ to update request on the current status of the shipment request

• The new field ‘Shipment Item ID’ is supported in the Query module which allows the user to match the order of shipment components on UI and Shipment report

• Pagination introduced for the shipment of containers where are there are more than 25 boxes shipped

Workflows Plugin

• You can now start a workflow batch using the eMPI of the participant

• Workflow batches created by one lab will not be visible to other lab user

• You can now create a generic workflow for participant registration which can pull the fields from the dictionary JSON configured for the CP

• Introduction of ‘Add Another’ in unplanned specimens workflow which also serves as copy last in the workflow tasks.
