Institute Admin / Regular

• By default, the institute admin or regular can see/access all the workflows created by the user of the same institute.

• They can also access workflows created by users of another institute if they are included in the user group.

If the user is included in the user group, he/she can access batches and perform data entry. Otherwise, they cannot.

This applies universally, regardless of whether the workflow was created by a user from the same or a different institute.
