Please note that the Records section on the ‘Synchronization Run’ Runs’ tab does not reflect the actual number of participant records synchronized. Instead, it indicates how many times the OS retrieves data from REDCap’s audit log. A single record may be fetched multiple times in segments to ensure complete data retrieval for that record.  |
