You can configure background and font colors per specimen type or class in the container map view. This is aimed at making it easy to understand the type types of specimens in the box quickly.

  • Log in as a Super Admin.

  • Navigate to Extras → Dropdown Manager.

  • Go to 'Specimen Type' and select any class (molecular, fluid, cell, or tissue).

  • Under ‘Properties', add ‘container_color_code’ under ‘Name’ and ‘background= yellow, color= red, opacity= 0.86’ under 'Value’.

  • Log in as a Super Admin.

  • Navigate to Extras → Dropdown Manager.

  • Go to 'Specimen Type' and select any specimen type (whole blood, urine, saliva, and so on).
