In order to query for records that do not contain some text use the below filters , since there is not 'Does not contain' filter is not available.
For example: User , the user wants all the specimen specimens that do not have 'TBD' in the label. Add the filter for specimen label→Contains→TBD, then click on the expression 'NOT' and move it to the beginning.
