qThe part of the freezer can be shared with multiple CPs. The users belong to that CP only can see the part of their freezer and can view/edit specimen stored within it.
ExampleExample1 :
Freezer F1 created under (Site MAP’s) has 4 Shelf –> Each Shelf has 4 Rack –> Boxes further
Each Rack is Dedicated/Restricted to individual CP as shows in the below diagram.

Steps to Restrict Each Rack to individual CPs - Below steps show configuration for S1 shelf only
Pre-Requisite - CP should have access to site MAP'S
Add all 4 CPs at Freezer F1 level
Go to each Rack and Add individual CPs R1 → CP1, R2 → CP2 etc
Example2 : Half box from R1 shared CP1, and other Half to CP2
If you want to drill down the access at box level, you need to follow the same,
Example: half box from R1 shared CP1, and other Half to CP2 Add all CPs restriction at Top Level
Go to Rack1 → Include only two CPs – CP1 and CP2 in restrictions
Go to individual Box and add particular CP restriction B1-B8 → CP1, B9-16 → CP2
