The part of the freezer can be shared with multiple CP so the users belog CPs. The users belong to that CP only can see the part of their freezer and can view/edit specimen stored within it.
Example:
Freezer F1 created under (Site MAP’s) has 4 Shelf - –> Each Shelf has 4 Rack –> Boxes further
Each Rack is Dedicated/Restricted to individual CP as shows in the below diagram.

Steps to Restrict Each Rack to individual CPs - Below steps show configuration for S1 shelf only
Pre-Requisite - CP should have access to site MAP'S
Add all 4 CPs at Freezer F1 level
Go to each Rack and Add individual CPs R1 → CP1, R2 → CP2 etc
If you want to drill down the access at box level, you need to follow the same,
Example: half box from R1 shared CP1, and other Half to CP2
Add all CPs restriction at Top Level
Go to Rack1 → Include only two CPs – CP1 and CP2 in restrictions
Go to individual Box and add particular CP restriction B1-B8 → CP1, B9-16 → CP2
