For fields like dropdown, radio button, multi-select dropdown, and checkbox controls as mentioned either you can add values manually or upload file. If you want to use these values later then use Dropdown manager to create the values as

• They are easier to maintain.

• You can directly export the values for the field and use in other forms.

• Also, any changes made in the dropdown manager get automatically updated in the form.

• While in case forms with manually added dropdown, you have to change data separately if you change a value.
